Refund policy

All of our online course tuition is paid through our website through secure checkout processes. Our goal at YAIL Live is to provide the greatest service and value to our students and parents alike. If there are any concerns, or questions about the program, the curriculum, scheduling, or staff, please use our contact form to reach out to us. One of our administrators will get back to you shortly to answers any messages you leave us. 

In the event that you decide to change your mind and would like to withdraw your student from our online program, you may request to begin the refund process. Our refund policies are as below:

 

Registration & Enrollment Fee ($39): Our one-time enrollment fees are non-refundable as they go towards setting up your student's profile, setup staff, and administration work for your student. 

 

Tuition Fees: You can receive 100% refund on any 4-week course or combo tuition program fees up until the start time of the 2nd class for that period. A request for a refund must be made in writing via our contact form, email, or by phone. 50% refund if the request is made before the 3rd class for that period. There is no refund after the completion of the 3rd class. 

 

Absence & Missed Class: There is no refunds on missed classes by the student. All classes are recorded and the recorded link can be provided to the parent upon request. Please use the contact form at the bottom of our site to request for a recording of the missed class.
